We are an independent, private consulting support firm. We do not issue D-U-N-S Numbers ourselves and have no control over the approval, rejection, or final processing timelines of the third-party registrar. We charge fees solely for our documentation reviews and administrative support processes.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete corporate certificates, address details, and contact numbers. Providing false records, dummy registrations, or unverified details may result in the immediate termination of our support services and rejection of your filing files by the registrar.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IncogniSoft, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our consultation services. IncogniSoft shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your registry application status.
